Assisted stretching sessions can help you increase your joint's passive ranges of motion and can decrease the discomfort felt in the body when tension alters biomechanics.

It also allows the user to begin taking steps to execute specific actions (also known as end range options) that change passive ranges of motion into active ranges of motion and build up the strength of the movement of your parts (and in turn, enhance the efficiency of synergistic movement/whole body actions).
