 Having spent over 25 years in the NYC wellness field,

I witnessed firsthand

decreasing pain, 

moving stronger, and staying active. 

Now, practicing bodywork in Sequim, WA, 

I combine my knowledge of massage therapy

 with targeted mobility techniques 

to help clients move freely and 

discover their strongest, healthiest selves. 

My greatest joy comes from hearing how I've empowered them to manage pain and step into a life filled with vitality.

When working with clients, I imagine I'm on a quest to unlock their body's hidden potential.  After 25 years of rocking the NYC wellness scene, I migrated west, bringing my knowledge to beautiful Sequim, WA. Now, I combine deep tissue magic with mobility science to banish pain and propel you towards becoming your strongest, 

most vibrant self.
